"The Journey Home" is a campaign for Covenant House Vancouver that captures the organization's holistic approach to ending youth homelessness.

Told across three videos, the series explores each stage of their care model.

Prevention, by reaching youth from unsafe environments before crisis hits; intervention, by offering a safe and welcoming space when they need it most; and restoration, by providing ongoing resources and support well into adulthood.
